Automatic Ice Storage and Ice Delivery System

ICEUPS dedicated to the development of concrete cooling system, including automatic ice storage device, ice spiral conveyor, ice pneumatic delivery system, automatic ice metering system and ice produce monitoring systems. Automatic ice storage device is the most significant part in the whole concrete cooling system. In traditional-style ice storage systems, the ice raker only started to rake up the ice from upper part of the ice, so the lower part of the ice in the hangar will stay still and are prone to lump, ice rake can not remove the lump of bottom. Tracked automatic transmission storage device is developed to solve the "strong lump ice" problem. Crawler at the bottom of the formation of the whole conveyor belt will continues take the ice hill make overall movement and transport the ice to the exit part of the spiral conveyor. Ice will not make long-term stay in the bottom, so strong freeze will not happen.
